Each chalet/cottage is bachelor’s style layout 38square meters. The unit has a king-size bed which can be changed into single beds on request. You also have access to your own private jacuzzi on the veranda with breathtakingly scenic views over the valley and there are indoor and outdoor fire places. The unit is self-catering and has a fridge, air-con and a TV.

Location

Cederkloof Botanical Retreat

Take the N7 north out of Cape Town to Citrusdal (about 175km). Turn off to Citrusdal and look out for the Baths turnoff about 1km further on your right. Follow this road for 8 kilometres, then turn right at the Cederkloof Botanical Retreat sign onto a gravel road with an orange orchard on your right. This right turn is at a green bus stop (the second bus stop on this road). Drive up the gravel road, through a farm yard until you see a timber sign that directs you to the left and immediately after crossing the river, turn right and drive into the retreat 500m further.
